Mission of the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to successfully grow and scale of our infrastructure-based autonomy solution. You will own the system lifecycle and standardization, ensuring our LIDAR-based autonomous driving system can be deployed across various logistics facilities with minimal variability. You will be defining our product line, transforming bespoke project successes into a standardized, repeatable product that leads the market. Roles and Responsibilities Define and document comprehensive use cases and operational scenarios for the infrastructure-based autonomous system. Identify opportunities to standardize system components and processes to reduce variability across different logistics sites. Contribute to the evolution of the platform by building a modular product line that supports various scales of logistics operations. Maintain a deep awareness of the autonomous logistics landscape, performing regular competitor analysis to ensure our solution remains industry-leading. Collect, refine, synthesize and prioritize client and market needs into refined Technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Partner with engineers to guide features from conception to deployment, ensuring hardware-software synergy. Act as the product expert for the core system, performing internal and external demos to showcase system capabilities to stakeholders. Support project activities in ensuring the system is fit for each project and coordinating with various stakeholders at system level. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably on complex large scale systems. Proven experience in designing complex systems and managing product lifecycles in safety-critical environments. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on standardizing complex processes and reducing technical debt. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering and business strategy. Fluent proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the automotive industry at production system level. Experience with LIDAR technology or infrastructure-to-vehicle (I2V) communication. Familiarity with linux, docker and basic software engineering concepts. Experience within the automated logistics industry. Background in safety-critical systems (ISO standards, functional safety). Fluent proficiency in Korean.
