Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description Product management for Externally sourced passenger cars suspension components (control arms, tie rods, shock absorbers), Design and create technical specification/requirement for Suspension systems aligned with Bosch Global team Competitor product & packaging benchmark study Assist in evaluation and development of suppliers, product Processes and test reports Implement short-term & long-term marketing strategy for suspension systems Create a robust portfolio based on vehicle population and business potential study Plan/implement activities according to product release timeline/key milestones. PLCM management along with profitability Lead product development - First point of contact for cross-functional requests Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) with Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in product development or R&D in Suspension System Good knowledge of Product (Suspension) relevant standards for India Good knowledge on various quality standards. Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA Proficient in communication and presentation skills Knowledge of Indian aftermarket for suspension parts Additional Information Master’s degree Connected to Suspensions or MBA Marketing Knowledge of VDA6.3 OR IATF16949 Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology Preferable knowhow of HCV & 2W suspensions Willingness to travel Experience of working in CFT Proficient in communication and presentation skills .
