MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience and a proven track record as a Product Manager
• Previous experience with B2B SaaS products
• Worked with development teams before and have experience in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in driving product discovery via user interviews, user feedback, data, etc.
• Expert knowledge in prioritising the most important features, improvements, and projects to work on
• Track record of developing and operating monetisation strategies for digital products
• Full business fluency in English (verbal and written)

• Technical background
• Basic design and prototyping experience
• Work experience in the data and AI industry

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who will take full ownership of our Monda product and play a crucial role in developing innovative features and ensuring the adoption of existing features - together with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and other stakeholders.
The start date is February 2025, the work location is Berlin, base salary starts at €65K gross/annum (based on experience).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Discovery: You lead all discovery efforts for Monda by talking to users, looking into data, and aligning with stakeholders like CSM, Sales, or Marketing.
• Delivery: You prioritise User Stories, refine them with the development team and support them through the development process.
• Distribution: You monitor the success of features and releases and drive actions to increase adoption
• Growth: You do your part to grow our customer base of data providers by developing and executing strategies to ensure a high retention rate, and creating reasons for new customers to join and pay for Monda.
• Monetization: Together with our customer-facing teams you develop a compelling subscription and expansion strategy.
