In this role, you will help shape a fast-growing Martech product used by global customers, driving innovation across AI-powered customer experience and marketing workflows. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features that impact millions of users. Accountabilities Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. Manage and prioritize initiatives based on user insights, data, market trends, and business impact. Own the release process and coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Analyze product performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. Translate complex problems into clear, actionable product requirements and decisions. Inspire and guide teams by fostering collaboration, clarity, and customer-centric thinking. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of Agile product development practices. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ownership-driven attitude. Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate diverse perspectives into product decisions.
