The founders are alumni of IIT, IIM, and ISB, with a proven track record of developing scalable technology and data-driven products across various industries, boasting a combined experience of more than 40 years. We are looking for a results-oriented product manager who will take full responsibility for product performance on our web and mobile platforms. This key role encompasses the areas of product strategy, analytics, and user experience. In this position, you will define success metrics, gain profound insights into user behavior, and make a significant impact on product decisions. You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to create a solid, data-driven foundation, build a thorough understanding of the prediction markets landscape, and continually evaluate the evolving needs of our users and the business. This role provides significant ownership, autonomy, and visibility. You will be encouraged to analyze data, test hypotheses, challenge existing assumptions, and improve the product roadmap based on data-driven insights rather than personal biases. Responsibilities The role requires a high level of accountability. You will be responsible for meeting targets, and your performance will be assessed against these goals. Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements. Carry out industry research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify opportunities and create product ideas. Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics to extract insights, identify pain points, and uncover growth opportunities. Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts by establishing success metrics, analyzing results, and offering recommendations for future initiatives. Qualifications At least 5 years of product management and product analytics experience in B2C products, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or gaming industries. Strong understanding of user journeys, funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics. Experience with implementing and leveraging Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel. Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and basic Figma usage to work independently. Required Skills Experience in facilitating experimentation and A/B testing, including metric definition and outcome analysis. Adept at creating structure in chaotic environments, managing multiple projects, and aligning stakeholders.
