As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our banking platform used by global clients. You’ll collaborate with world-class teams, work in a modern agile environment, and help shape the next generation of financial technology. What You’ll Be Doing Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key areas of our banking platform Collaborate with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other PMs to shape features from idea to launch Conduct discovery and user research to deeply understand customer needs and industry trends Prioritize trade-offs using data, feedback, and product intuition Ensure successful execution – you own the outcome, not just the backlog What You Bring Must-haves: 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a software product company Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership (ideation → launch → iteration) Experience working closely with software engineers and agile delivery teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A product mindset: customer-focused, curious, and outcome-driven Good-to-haves (we’ll support your learning): Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native platforms, or digital platforms Interest or experience in fintech, banking, or digital customer journeys Knowledge of DevOps or observability tools If you’re passionate about creating great products but don’t tick every box above – please apply anyway. Responsibilities
