Job Summary : Neurology BUで管轄する製品の発売準備、マーケティング戦略の策定・変更、マーケティングミックス資料、アンブランドキャンペーン、 疾患啓発、医療・市場アクセスプロジェクトなど、グローバルおよび地域のビジネス⽬標・⽬的に沿った複数のチャネルを通じた戦術を担 当する。機能横断的な部⾨との連携・調整をリードし、地域のRegional HeadやAccout Executiveなど、ビジネスユニット内の関 係者とのコミュニケーションを図る。 ICP(Integrated Customer Plan)、AOP(Annual Operational Plan)、OPEXのすべ てのプロセスを管理し、中⻑期および短期のマーケティングプランを策定・実施して、予算内の収益と市場・患者シェアを予算内のコスト で達成する。 Principle Accountabilities : 1)製品発売マーケティング戦略の策定 2)製品上市のためのマルチファンクショナルチームの主導 3)製品 チームメンバーとしてバイオジェン・ジャパンを代表する 4)クラストラッキングフレームワーク(CRM)で最良のものを確⽴する 5)マーケティング費⽤の管理(特に、external expense予実管理 Minimum Requirements Skills/Behaviors (refer to Career Framework) 1)独⽴して機能し、最低限の指導により業務を遂⾏する;プロジェクトを主導したり、従業員、社員、顧客に対する継続的な活動や技 術的ガイダンス、⽬標の説明責任を負える資質、問題を解決する;⽅針、⼿順、部⾨計画に従って意思決定と問題解決を⾏うことが できる能⼒がある 2)ベストプラクティスと⾃分の領域が他の領域とどのように統合されているかを知っている;市場における競争と差別化要因を認識してい る 3)⽅針と部⾨の計画に基づき、サービス、品質、⽬標の適時性を達成するためのチームの能⼒に影響する Minimum Experience Requirements •希少疾患の経験を含め、製薬企業の倫理的事業における製品マネージャーとしての2年以上の経験 •国際的な製薬企業での経験 •ビジネス英語レベル(⼝頭/ライティング/リーディング)TOEIC 800点以上 Minimum Education Requirements •BA以上 •必要な科学/薬学の学位⼜は修⼠号⼜は適切な学位。MBA保持者が望ましい Job Level: Management Why Biogen?
