Description

DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a motivated, user-focused Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape features from idea to release, working closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a more senior role over time.
You’ll support product discovery and delivery efforts, contribute to designing solutions in Figma, and help us deliver valuable experiences to customers.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • 1–3+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role (ideally in SaaS or digital platforms).
  • Some experience working on user-facing products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and initiative: you’re eager to learn, take on new challenges, and improve your product skills.
  • Basic design ability: you’re comfortable sketching or wireframing ideas in Figma (no need to be a designer).
  • Strong communication skills: you can clearly explain product decisions and work well with teammates.
  • A structured mindset: you stay organised, think logically, and follow through on tasks.
  • Data-aware: you’re comfortable using metrics and feedback to inform your thinking.
  • Proactive and adaptable: you can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Assist in product discovery and problem definition, gathering insights through user feedback and research.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to scope and ship product improvements.
  • Create wireframes or mockups in Figma to communicate ideas and support design exploration.
  • Write clear and concise product specs, tickets, and documentation.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical input when making decisions.
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities.
