Working closely with the Head of Product and the Chief Operating Officer, the Product Manager serves as the central point of coordination for all product related matters. The role requires the ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of BNK’s distribution channels, customer segments, competitive landscape and broader market developments.

As the subject matter expert for BNK’s lending and deposit products, you will also provide product knowledge, market insights and operational support across the organisation while helping to shape and execute our product strategy. You will support the development, implementation and ongoing management of products and services to ensure they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with customer and business needs.

 What you will bring

• The ability to undertake complex competitor analysis, monitor trends and provide regular written and verbal updates in a clear and concise manner;
•  5+ years' experience in Product Management, exposure to lending products.
• Experience within residential and/or commercial lending, 3rd distribution highly regarded.
• Experience using Protecht (or similar GRC platforms) to support risk management, control assurance, issue management, incidents, obligations and governance reporting;
• Experience maintaining Product Reference Data across external product platforms (such as BIZA, SIS or Product Cloud)
• Strong finance experience and the ability to understand Funders policies and guidelines;
• An understanding of aggregator systems and processes
• Extensive knowledge of LoanWorks, or similar CRM (desirable)
