About the role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing SaaS scale-up and help fulfil the great ambitions we have for our product. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product and will play a key role in executing product strategy across different stages of the product life cycle. This is a highly collaborative role and you will work closely with teams across the business, including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. What you’ll be doing The Product Manager is a key member of the Product team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): Product Development: - Work with the Engineering and Design teams to deliver the product roadmap, write user stories and refine requirements - Use data to inform decisions and measure success of experiments and product releases - Use business acumen to articulate ROI on product initiatives - Define and analyse metrics to understand product performance and drive improvements. Product Strategy & Roadmap: - Collaborate with the Head of Product to develop and articulate a clear product roadmap in line with product strategy. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and anticipate market trends. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans. - Provide product training and support to internal teams to ensure a cohesive message and alignment. Leadership & Influence: - Lead and inspire cross-functional teams without direct line authority to execute the product strategy. - Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across the Product team. What you will bring to the role Proven experience in product management, particularly in a SaaS environment. Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies & integrating AI into product processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. A couple more things You will report to our Head of Product. We support a hybrid working environment and flexible work hours.
