About the Role

As Product Manager, Business Deposits, you will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, customer experience and compliance of our Business Deposits portfolio.

Working across multiple brands, you will identify opportunities to enhance our products, improve customer outcomes and deliver innovative solutions that support BOQ Group's strategic goals.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Customer Experience.

You'll utilize customer insights, market trends and data-driven analysis to influence decision-making, develop compelling product propositions and deliver initiatives that create value for both customers and the business.

You will also play an important part in product governance, risk management and portfolio optimization while supporting the delivery of market-leading business banking experiences.

With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer and employee experiences.
