Job Description As a Product Manager – Rotating Machines (Starters, Alternators, HVAC), you will be the driving force behind the creation, management, and optimization of content for the RM portfolio. You will transform complex technical data into engaging, market-ready content tailored for different sales channels, ensuring Bosch products are presented with clarity, consistency, and impact. You will also play a key role in shaping the product portfolio strategy - identifying opportunities, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our offering remains competitive and aligned with market needs. Content Development & Strategy Create high-quality, channel-specific content for the RM product line, including product descriptions, key features, benefits, and technical attributes optimized for digital and e-commerce platforms. Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to develop compelling storytelling and product positioning aligned with brand standards and customer segments. Maintain consistency of product information across all customer touchpoints (catalogs, online platforms, packaging, and marketing materials). Use analytics and customer insights to refine content effectiveness and enhance user experience (UX). Market & User Insights Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and customer preferences. Translate insights into content strategies and product positioning to reinforce Bosch’s leadership in the Brakes segment. Portfolio Management Proactively manage a portfolio of brake components through the complete product lifecycle — introduction, growth, maturity, and phase-out — ensuring alignment with profitability and strategic goals. Identify portfolio gaps and drive new product introductions by leveraging market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback. Ensure all product information and content accurately reflect specifications, compliance, and regional requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Plants, and Quality teams to synchronize product content, launches, and lifecycle updates. Support internal and external training by providing clear, structured content that communicates product differentiation and technical advantages. Qualifications EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND: Bachelors in Marketing, related business and/or technical degree required 3-5 years of experience in a product management role in the automotive aftermarket industry, OEM or similar field. Practical / hands-on understanding of automotive technology, ideally with exposure to rotating machines and vehicle components Proven experience in content creation, including development of product data, marketing copy, and digital assets for online and offline sales channels Proficient knowledge of standard software (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) SAP knowledge, MS Project Proficient oral and written communication in English DESIRED COMPETENCIES: Initiative and determination, taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong personal drive Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset High Level of Social Competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams Additional Information Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally (10%)
