Join us in revolutionizing interactions for over 200 million businesses using Meta’s platform through Business Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents. These agents operate across Meta platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook/Instagram ads, and on third-party platforms such as business websites. We need a Product Manager to spearhead our advertiser growth strategy, transforming Business AI into a leading business-to-business SaaS solution.Meta is seeking a strategic Product Manager to play a key role in empowering more businesses to succeed with our cutting-edge AI products. In this high-impact position, you’ll make a real difference by streamlining how advertisers discover, understand, and achieve results with our Business AI solutions.This is your opportunity to shape how companies worldwide leverage AI to build, grow, and thrive. You’ll remove barriers for advertisers by making powerful tools accessible, practical, and effective.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years B2B product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading monetization, revenue, pricing or billing
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams as well as has worked closely with Go-to-market (GTM) teams including sales and marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
  • Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating and exceling in uncertain and ambiguous environments
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Experience with sales enablement and GTM execution
  • Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
  • Experience leading growth product areas, especially self serve experiences
  • Experience with B2B customer-focused development a plus
  • Experience building for B2B SMB and/or enterprise customers

Responsibilities
  • Champion new ways for advertisers to easily discover and experiment with Business AI solutions, making our technology approachable and relevant
  • Grow the base of advertisers who adopt, love, and continue using our AI products across Meta’s expansive ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, ensuring every team can clearly communicate and deliver the value of our AI offerings to businesses of all sizes
  • Drive product integration: ensure our Business AI tools work together seamlessly, creating a unified, simple, and compelling experience for advertisers
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
  • Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
