As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, optimisation, and growth of our digital wellness services marketplace.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager in our Business Tools team, you’ll help drive initiatives that support our marketing, content, analytics, and operations teams. You’ll work across internal platforms, martech tooling, and data infrastructure to improve team efficiency and unlock commercial and operational value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the development and execution of a product roadmap for internal tools, CMS improvements, martech integrations, and data enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Work closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to identify opportunities for better martech enablement and process automation.
• Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
• Gather user feedback and data to help shape product iterations and improvements.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics and assist in post-launch analysis
