  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive internal initiatives that empower our teams with better tools, automation, and insights. You’ll lead the development of automated online sales channels, improve internal support tools, and enhance billing and analytics automation.   • Drive automation initiatives across billing, analytics, and system integrations, ensuring smooth interactions between key business IT systems.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve internal processes through better tools, automation, and data insights.
  • Develop close relationships with engineers, working together to build and refine internal systems.
  • Track impact and iterate based on user feedback and performance insights.
