JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Product Manager (Aftermarket) with BW Papersystems you would be integral to growing our profitable Aftermarket finishing line through strategic planning and product development. You would collaborate with multiple teams to define new offerings from concept to sale while guiding sales teams on product positioning and competitive advantages. You would develop pricing and promotional strategies to boost market awareness, using insights gathered from customers, internal sources, and market trends.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s required
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or industrial sales
  • Must have experience with customer relationship building
  • Must have great written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the corrugated or packing industry a plus
  • Project management experience a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $111K - $166K base salary + competitive incentive structure which may vary based on performance. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.   • Generate and analyze product management metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure integrated aftermarket solutions.
