Description

Climate change is real and we need to act fast. Our purpose is to restore the carbon balance in our atmosphere. We believe it’s important to have a positive impact on society, the economy, and the climate. Are you ready to join us on our mission?

Responsibilities

ROLE

Join us as our very first Product Manager in which you’ll found the function of Product Management. Why, you might wonder? Currently, the engineering team is heads down on delivering our very first outdoor prototype. In parallel, we’ll start wrapping our head around our first-generation product soon. While having a strong team of architects and engineers, we need someone who embodies the customer’s need (that’s you!). Ultimately, to ensure we build products our customers love.
Stepping in as Product Manager at this very moment, means entering a green field. While being backed by our Chief Operating Officer (whom you’ll report into), it’s (nearly) completely up to you to decide how to build products being embraced. In the end, you’re the expert here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As described above, it’s up to you to define how to achieve your mission so to say. However, we do scope your responsibilities (which obviously can be fluid over time) to make sure you know what you’ll own as Product Manager. These can be found below;

  • You’ll lead our product development roadmap, by defining which features get priority.
  • You’ll own the look and feel of our product, both the physical design as the user interface.
  • You’ll manage the co-development process of our product with our key customers.
  • Actively participate in conversations with potential customers.
  • Functionally steer the engineering organization to achieve the goals accordingly.
  • Acting as a partner towards our value chain-partners (e.g. MRV).
