Job Responsibility Acquisition Strategy & Delivery: Develop and execute the annual cards acquisition strategy across sales, digital, and non assisted channels. Drive growth in self service acquisition (online, mobile, STP channels) Own and deliver acquisition KPIs including volume, approval rates, activation, and early spend performance. Ensure acquisition quality remains aligned with risk appetite and compliance standards. Drive acquisition through strategic partnerships (e.g., e commerce platforms, vendors tie ups). Design and execute sales booster programs aimed at achieving monthly acquisition targets while improving productivity across all sourcing channels. Manage partner driven acquisition campaigns and performance. Conduct regular analytics on acquisition results, channel performance, and sales booster impact, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance overall acquisition productivity. Enhance digital acquisition journeys and onboarding processes to improve customer experience and conversion rates. Acquisition Management & Analytics: Track acquisition funnel performance (applications, approvals, activations) and implement improvements. Analyze acquisition trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to recommend enhancements. Ensure ongoing monitoring of acquisition quality (activation, usage, attrition). Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Digital, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Shariah, IT, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Prepare business cases, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management on acquisition performance. Provide strategic input for quarterly and annual business reviews. Job Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 4-6 years of banking experience. Experience in digitization, STP processes, and onboarding automation. Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, digital channels, product policies, and regulatory requirements. Analytical and data driven mindset with proven problem solving skills. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to innovate and adapt in a competitive market environment.
