About the role

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Partnerships, the Product Manager will lead the development, launch and continuous improvement of products and service offerings across the organisation.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll translate client insights, market opportunities and strategic priorities into practical, scalable and commercially sustainable products that improve outcomes for older Australians.

This role spans the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining value propositions through to testing, implementation, adoption, performance monitoring and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across client experience, operations, finance, quality, marketing, digital and governance teams.
  • Translate client insights, service design outputs and market intelligence into practical product solutions.
  • Develop product concepts, value propositions, business requirements and implementation plans.
  • Support product communication, change management and organisational adoption.
  • Coordinate product development, testing, piloting, launch and adoption activities.
  • Establish and monitor product performance measures, including client outcomes, adoption, quality and commercial performance.
  • Analyse data, stakeholder feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, service accessibility, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and lifecycle plans aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Recommend whether products should be improved, scaled, enhanced or retired based on performance and evidence.
