Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Our Growth Story: 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree. Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS. Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Med Management product team at Juniper, our women's weight-loss platform. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the business: Med Management sits at the intersection of clinical outcomes, patient retention, and treatment experience — and your work will directly determine whether patients stay on treatment and achieve lasting results. You'll drive the full treatment journey from first consultation to long-term maintenance — driving personalised dose guidance, reducing preventable churn from side effects, making every clinical consult faster and more effective, and ensuring patients always feel supported and safe on GLP-1 treatment. What you'll do Shape the clinical product roadmap: Deliver against a roadmap spanning dose guidance, symptom tracking, and clinical support with with monthly retention and patient outcomes as your north star metric. Build personalised treatment guidance at scale: lead the development of data-driven dose guidance that help every patient stay on the right treatment Eliminate preventable side-effect churn: Define the interventions that ensure patients experiencing side effects receive timely, high-quality support before they give up. Make every consult fast and high-confidence: Partner with clinical operations to streamline the consultation experience, removing unnecessary friction for prescribers and patients alike. Navigate clinical and regulatory complexity: Work closely with clinical, operations, and compliance teams to ship product that is safe, effective, and compliant across AU, UK, CA, and DE. Mentor & Lead: Act as a senior leader within the wider product cohort, helping to raise the bar on product craft, strategy definition, and data-driven decision-making. What you bring 2- 3 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in high-growth consumer tech, marketplaces, or complex D2C models. Strong problem definition: You write crisp problem statements, validate impact hypotheses before committing to solutions, and hold your team accountable to the same standard. Retention-focused thinking: You've worked on products where early-lifecycle retention is the defining metric, and you know how to instrument, diagnose, and improve it. Comfort with ambiguity and constraint: You can navigate competing stakeholder priorities — clinical, commercial, regulatory — and still drive clear, timely decisions. Influence & Autonomy: You can manage senior stakeholders, negotiate trade-offs effectively, and drive the team forward with minimal supervision.
