Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be the bridge between business, technology, and design teams, responsible for defining and delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
The Product Manager will report to the Product Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Additional responsibilities for customer-specific products.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify market opportunities and user needs.
  • Develop a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Socialise and align Product plans across the organisation.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Write clear and concise product requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular product reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to improve performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate key ongoing features and developments in the product both internally and externally.Monitor key product metrics and use data to make informed decisions and improvements.
