Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will own the strategy and development of a product portfolio, ensuring every initiative aligns with CGI’s mission to deliver client value and innovation. You will drive investment and prioritisation decisions, shape product roadmaps, and provide insights that strengthen both client outcomes and business growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion agile ways of working, and foster a culture of inclusion and creativity. By connecting market insight, customer needs, and commercial strategy, you will enable CGI to remain at the forefront of industry transformation while ensuring your products deliver tangible impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead & Innovate: Define and execute portfolio and product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop & Deliver: Own roadmap planning, performance reviews, and process optimisation.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and shared success.
  • Analyse & Inform: Provide market, customer, and data-driven insights to shape decision-making.
  • Empower & Guide: Mentor team members, promoting agile principles and best practices.
  • Optimise & Grow: Identify opportunities for innovation, new revenue streams, and market expansion.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong experience in product management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and translate market and customer insights into strategy. You’ll combine commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Retail experience and/or French language skills are desirable but not essential.
