Proactively identify and capitalize on innovation opportunities within the Client Portal. Conduct analyses of product performance metrics to inform future development efforts. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. Previous insurance agency or brokerage experience is essential. Proven track record of delivering digital products that enhance client engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks. Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance.
