Summary As a Product Manager for Cloud Platform CI/CD and Developer Tooling, you will own and evolve the platform capabilities that enable Guidewire customers to configure, operate, and scale their continuous integration and delivery workflows in the cloud. You will work on platform services, user interfaces, and APIs that allow customers to manage build pipelines, source code repositories, testing and quality gates, build scheduling, and promotion of artifacts across environments. These capabilities are used directly by customers and partners to customize how their CI/CD pipelines behave and integrate with their development processes. This role is part of the Guidewire Cloud Platform Product Management organization and works in close partnership with Engineering teams and an Outbound Product Manager for CI/CD, ensuring that platform capabilities align with customer needs, field insights, and overall product strategy. The role requires working from the office 10 days per month (every Tuesday and Wednesday, and Monday-Thursday on the 4th week of each month). Job Description What will you do: Own the product definition and execution for Cloud Platform CI/CD and developer tooling capabilities, including services, UIs, and APIs used by customers to configure and operate their build and delivery pipelines. Work closely with Engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform features that support: CI pipeline configuration and orchestration source code repository integration and management build scheduling and automation testing workflows and quality gates promotion of builds and artifacts across environments reliability, scalability, and security of CI/CD services Collaborate with the Outbound Product Manager for CI/CD to incorporate customer feedback, field insights, and go-to-market context into platform roadmaps and delivery plans. Drive discovery and solution design by working with engineers, architects, UX, and SRE to turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements. Build and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, and priorities, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform strategy. Lead planning and execution for the supported engineering teams, ensuring alignment on scope, dependencies, and outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, Enablement, Operations, Support) to ensure features are usable, well-documented, and ready for customer adoption. Track delivery progress, measure outcomes, and continuously improve platform capabilities based on usage data and feedback. What we’re looking for in this role: A Product Manager who enjoys owning and evolving complex, technically sophisticated systems and making them usable and reliable for end users. Strong experience working with engineering teams on platform or infrastructure-style products, translating problems into clear product requirements and execution plans. Ability to operate effectively in a product ownership role, balancing discovery, prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and developer workflows, including build pipelines, source code management, testing, and artifact promotion. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, including APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and participating in quarterly or program-level planning. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across product, engineering, UX, operations, and outbound/field-facing roles. Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. Excellent English speaking and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of technically oriented Product Management experience. Ability to travel 5–10% as needed. Bonus: Experience building developer tooling, CI/CD platforms, or cloud infrastructure services. Experience with B2B SaaS or cloud platforms.
