Get behind the scenes and learn about what it takes to make live events possible. If that resonates, and you’re someone with integrity, commitment, and a strong drive to deliver great products, we’d love to hear from you. Job overview: Ross Video is building a next-generation internal cloud platform that will become the foundation for dozens of products across our broadcast, production, and enterprise ecosystem. We are looking for a Platform Product Manager / Technical Product Owner with deep experience partnering with platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE teams to define and deliver foundational capabilities such as provisioning workflows, deployment models, identity and access management, observability, and shared internal services. This is not a feature PM role. This is a technical, internal platform role focused on developer experience, architectural consistency, and cross-team adoption of shared capabilities. You will help define the platform vision, own the technical backlog, work closely with platform architects and engineers, and drive adoption across dozens of internal product teams. Who you report to: Senior Manager, Product Management - Cloud & Enterprise Management What we offer: Ross offers competitive salaries, comprehensive health plans, and several perks to help you perform at your best. Some of these perks include flexible hours, generous paid time off, fitness/wellness allowance, an employee share ownership program, development support, and a ton of fun social activities and events! Best of all, you will be part of the Ross Video family, and we've got an energizing environment here. What the job is all about: Own the platform roadmap, backlog, and technical requirements Define provisioning workflows, deployment models, and shared internal services Drive IAM, observability, and internal API/service patterns Collaborate closely with platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams Improve internal developer experience and drive cross-team adoption Work across hybrid cloud, multi-service, and microservices environments Who you are: 4+ years as a Platform Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or equivalent role working closely with platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps teams Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, microservices, IAM, API platforms, and observability Experience enabling multiple engineering teams through shared services Ability to understand and influence architectural decisions without needing to be the architect Ability to prioritize complex technical backlogs based on value, risk, and strategic impact #LI-Remote Equity, Diversity & Inclusion At Ross, we embrace diversity, and we want you to bring your authentic self to work. We are committed to building a team that includes a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
