The Manage and Own (M&O) Crew looks after the in-life experiences for our home loan customers, including but not limited to value and loyalty creation, variation, retention, offset arrangements and departure. This secondment role sits within the Offsets Engagement squad in M&O. Do work that matters Reporting to a Chapter lead and the Product Owner of the Offsets Engagement Squad, the Product Manager will be responsible in continuing the enhance the Everyday Offset arrangements experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour, risk issue and incident management, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Everyday Offset product experience, aligned with customer needs and business priorities. Leverage customer data and insights to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience. Review customer breakpoints to identify and deliver customer experience improvement opportunities Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver change for our customers to improve customer experience and outcomes Partner with Risk and Compliance to proactively identify and manage operational and other risks in the portfolio Manage operational risk incidents and implement control improvements where needed. Assist with developing and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives targeting enhancing the home loan experience for HL customers We’re interested in hearing from people with: A proven track record of delivery of high impact initiatives that drive customer value Strong problem-solving, influencing and stakeholder management skills Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills Risk mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
