The Product & Investing Solutions (P&IS) Crew is the engine that drives the end-to-end design and management of the CommSec’s product portfolio (Equities, Margin Lending, Cash and Derivatives). We manage, develop and implement new products, features and services to enable CommSec’s purpose to empower more Australians to grow their wealth.

• Turn Strategy into Reality: Supporting the Product Owner to help bring the product strategy to life. Planning and managing initiatives across the squad to deliver on customer and business outcomes.
• Product Delivery: Implement and lead projects and initiatives, including remediation programs, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner for our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring product compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant Group Policies and Standards, while delivering for our customer needs. This includes proactively monitoring the risk and control environment to identify, mitigate, and resolve issues and incidents.
• Manage and monitor change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Keeping abreast of industry and regulatory trends to inform the product roadmap and enable continued compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Build and foster strong relationships across the value chain, to ensure efficient delivery of product roadmap and resolution of issues.
