Product Manager(Compliance & Risk) We’re building a next-generation risk control platform for our global fiat business and are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to own major parts of it from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role based in Hong Kong. You’ll act as the bridge between business strategy, data science, and engineering to create a risk system that is accurate, fast, and scalable. What you’ll own: • End-to-end product design and delivery of risk control features and workflows (from concept to launch and iteration) • Turning complex risk scenarios into clear, actionable product requirements and high-fidelity prototypes • Driving data-driven evolution of the platform: risk signals, decision engines, monitoring dashboards, and automation tools • Partnering with compliance, operations, data science, and multiple business units to integrate and harden risk controls across all fiat products • Identifying emerging fraud patterns, quantifying impact, and rapidly shipping effective countermeasures • Continuously measuring effectiveness (false positives, detection rates, loss prevention) and iterating based on real-world results What you bring: • over 3 years of hands-on risk control, anti-fraud, or transaction risk experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto • Proven track record of shipping data-heavy products or features (product manager or strong business analyst background both welcomed) • Strong product toolkit proficiency (prototyping with Figma/Axure, writing detailed PRDs, managing backlogs in Jira or similar) • Excellent analytical and structured thinking; comfortable digging into SQL, transaction logs, or behavioral data to find answers • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive projects forward in a fast-moving environment • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (daily collaboration across Hong Kong, mainland China, and global teams) Location: HK Location Hong Kong, Hong Kong Department 7# Compliance & Risk Employment Type Full-Time
