Product Manager Connected Care and Recipient Services - UK, Ireland & South Africa

Your Profile:
Are you a commercially aware, innovative thinker with a passion for healthcare technology? Do you excel in managing complex projects and delivering solutions that make a real difference? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within medical devices or the healthcare sector.
- Has proven expertise as a Product Manager in a global matrix organization.
- Understands audiology, SaaS, or hearing care (desirable).
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work across different product groups.
- Has exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a can-do mindset and creative approach to challenges.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
- Possesses strong Microsoft Office skills and (ideally) familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems.
Your Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you’ll champion Cochlear’s Connected Care and Recipient Service solutions, driving adoption, market growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to shape the direction of Connected Care and Recipient Services.
- Gather insights from clinics, stakeholders, and partners to inform new product and service development.
- Develop business cases and strategies to introduce innovative service technologies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with commercial goals.
Product & Service Management
- Lead the introduction of new products and services, from pilot projects to full market releases.
- Manage product lifecycles, ensuring competitive positioning and relevance.
- Act as the local subject matter expert for Cochlear’s digital services, including Smart Nav, Remote Check, Remote Assist, and others.
- Provide regular competitor analysis to support differentiation and market growth.
- Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to create impactful go-to-market materials.
Customer & Sales Partnership
- Support clinics in adopting Cochlear’s Connected Care solutions, ensuring sustainable and scalable integration.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to sales teams and customers.
- Assist with tender submissions and develop a library of responses for common questions.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert during customer visits and events.
