POSITION OVERVIEW

AVer is seeking a dynamic Product Manager in Connected Health to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of solutions within the Connected Healthcare product line. Approximately 80% of this role will focus on OEM/ODM programs?collaborating with manufacturing partners, responding to RFQs, and ensuring successful design integration for enterprise customers. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to branded product initiatives, including go-to-market planning, messaging, and channel support.
This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing long-cycle OEM demands with the agility needed for branded product launches. You will work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, logistics, channel partners, and end users to deliver innovative solutions for hospitals and other medical environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

?Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in product management.
?Proven track record in managing OEM/ODM hardware products from RFQ through mass production.
?Excellent communication skills with both OEM customers and internal teams.
?Experience balancing long-cycle OEM program management with faster branded go-to-market activities.
?Preferred experience in the connected health market, including medical devices, IoT, or other consumer health technologies.
?Familiarity with product development cycles, particularly those involving embedded systems, firmware, and software.
?Strong business and entrepreneurial acumen, including the ability to manage volume forecasts, pricing models, contracts, and lifecycle cost reductions.
?Ability to effectively navigate time zone differences and cross-cultural business practices (from East Coast customers to Taiwan HQ team members).
?Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits and trade shows.
?Willingness and ability to visit our HQ in Taiwan with OEM/ODM customers as needed.

? Define and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for both OEM/ODM and branded product lines.
? Create product messaging that differentiates our branded products in the market and highlights unique selling points for the sales team.
? Gain a deep understanding of how OEM and branded customers use our products to identify knowledge gaps and address them effectively.
? Recommend innovative ideas and products to support a sustainable product roadmap pipeline.
? Provide reviews, feedback, and product expertise to marketing team members.
? Plan and participate in the launch of branded go-to-market campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
? Gather customer insights on product usage, decision-making processes, and buyer personas through research, interviews, surveys, and sales data.
? Communicate product vision and value to sales teams while developing sales enablement tools to support the selling process.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content such as guides, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts across multiple channels.
? Contribute to, and at times lead, key customer opportunities, presentations, and meetings for OEM accounts and branded resellers.
? Participate in key industry trade shows and marketing events to represent product expertise.
? Build and grow strategic relationships with key OEM and branded customers.
