Description

The Product Manager will serve as the key driver of EatonOS, our internal construction AI and digital operations platform. This role bridges business needs and technology execution, ensuring that each module of EatonOS is developed stage by stage in alignment with company strategy, operational workflows, and project team requirements. This is an active, hands-on role, requiring not only oversight and coordination but also occasional light engineering support — such as assisting with low-code automation, testing integrations, or shaping prototypes to accelerate delivery.

The Product Manager will:

  • Lead discovery and needs analysis with internal departments (estimating, project management, operations, finance, executive leadership) to define functional requirements.
  • Translate business processes into clear, staged MVP modules that can be developed iteratively and connected into the larger EatonOS ecosystem.
  • Manage vendor and software development partners, ensuring they follow the phased build plan and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems (e.g., Buildertrend, Microsoft 365, QBO, Autodesk).
  • Maintain a clear product roadmap and timeline, ensuring alignment between internal priorities, external developers, and executive direction.
  • Act as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and adoption across the company.
  • Oversee testing, feedback collection, and iteration cycles to validate MVPs and refine them into production-ready tools.
  • Establish best practices for AI-driven workflows, data integration, and user experience, ensuring security, observability, and scalability are built in from the start.
  • Track KPIs related to platform adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI, reporting directly to the executive team.
  • Contribute to light technical tasks, including low-code automation, prototype configuration, or supporting engineers with integration testing, when necessary to keep development moving forward.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex operational processes into actionable product features. The Product Manager will play an active, hands-on role in shaping the future of EatonOS and ensuring the platform becomes a core driver of efficiency, profitability, and growth.
