Your Role The Product Manager, Consultant will be part of the Digital Member Engagement and Experience team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management. In this role, you will use your Product Management expertise to connect clinical and product strategies, creating value-driven roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirement documentation, data analytics, member journeys, line of business analytics, design reviews, product reviews, implementation, and delivery. Your role is vital in leveraging digital technologies to guide members toward cost-effective, high-quality healthcare services, in alignment with our mission to enhance health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs through effective digital interventions and digital engagement initiatives that personalize member experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience developing and launching product strategies, particularly within digital health platforms. Collaboration with clinicians, marketing, and healthcare leaders is vital, along with effectively linking clinical strategy to member engagement goals.
