Description

The Product Manager supports the business in growing our clients Brand across the EMEA region behind integrated, holistic brand and portfolio management plans.
Main areas are New Product Development and Commercial Innovation based on consumer insights and market trends.
You will focus on executing and managing strategic projects to help drive penetration and grow the wheeled goods category in EMEA.

Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Passion for brand building and new product development.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in brand/product management
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team player with excellent communication skills
  • Agile and self-reliant personality.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, other languages are an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the development of products in a cross-functional team and manage the EMEA category throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Act as a category owner and coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Sourcing; and if required further areas of the organization.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitor activities and “engage the outside world” to identify needs for future products.
  • Drive understanding of consumer needs and synthesize these needs into our products and communication.
  • Monitor and manage the portfolio to achieve sustainable, profitable growth of the segment in the EMEA region .
  • Plan and execute new product launches across the EMEA region in close collaboration with the brand management and regional markets.
