WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Product Manager leads the development and execution of a product strategy, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. They are responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Supply Chain / Logistics industry with focus on Business Intelligence and/or Control Tower.
  • Experience in working with a market leading BI solutions (Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau), practical knowledge of one of them.
  • Working in e-commerce environment with focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • Complex integration projects and solutions with focus on data analytics and visibility.
  • Experience in successfully communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, – consultants, suppliers, partners, as well as internal stakeholders – technical team members and product business users.
Responsibilities

To date, AUTODOC has been using a Business Intelligence platform to create numerous reports and dashboards for analyzing and controlling the state of different processes within its Supply Chain, combining the data sources both internal and external in a semi-automated way.
With the growth of the business in number of products and services offered on the market, as well as volume and geography wise, the level of complexity of the Supply Chain structure and business processes grew. This requires a different approach to data analysis and business processes management that is based on cutting-edge technology to provide an End-to-End Supply Chain visibility, including events monitoring, proactive deviations and exceptions management. This requires establishment and development of Control Tower Product from the perspective of business, data and technical architecture, create and deliver a roadmap that delivers a technological platform for rapid and quality decision making for the supply chain managers and executives of various levels.
