About Settify Settify offers an AI-Assisted technology that helps people prepare and present their personal stories when they need legal help. We help law firms streamline the initial information-gathering process, saving time and providing an accurate account of what matters most. What you’ll do We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our product and expand into new domains and territories. This includes growing our existing AI capabilities, such as intelligent intakes and discovery agents. You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, engineers, partners, and customers to define priorities, improve workflows, and deliver meaningful features. You will be responsible for both product thinking and execution - from identifying problems to shipping solutions. To make this happen, you will look after: Product Discovery & Strategy Engage directly with customers (law firms) to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities Work with legal practice management software partners to discover opportunities to streamline workflows for their clients Identify high-impact problems and define clear product priorities Translate business goals into a focused product roadmap Delivery & Execution Work closely with engineering to deliver features end-to-end Write clear, concise product specification and requirements Break down problems into actionable work Ensure timely and high-quality delivery without unnecessary process Customer Experience & Outcomes Align with Sales and Client Success to understand client needs Balance competing priorities across the business Communicate clearly with all stakeholders Cross-functional Collaboration Align with sales and client success team to understand client needs Balance competing priorities across the business Communicate clearly with all stakeholders What you’ll bring 4–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. Experience working with small to mid-sized teams (10–100 people). Strong product thinking and prioritisation skills – able to translate customer problems into simple, effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable working hands-on with engineers in a collaborative, low-process environment. Ability to define and track product success metrics. Strong motivation, with a drive to make a real difference through your work and genuine joy in seeing users benefit from what you create.
