Description
About Us STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We're focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today. About the team Your mission The proliferation of low-cost UAS has fundamentally changed the threat landscape, and STARK is building the system that counters it. As Product Manager for our C-UAS C2 software suite, you will own the vision and execution of the central intelligence layer connecting sensor networks to effector tasking. Your mandate is clear: compress the DTIM loop, reduce operator cognitive load, and ship a product that works when lives depend on it. German or any other european language will be a plus. Nice to have Direct experience with C-UAS programmes or air defence C2 systems in a customer, operator, or developer capacity Familiarity with EW effector integration or directed energy / kinetic defeat systems Exposure to ITAR/EAR-controlled programme environments Experience in a scaling defence startup or transition from prime to product-led organisation About us SECURITY CLEARANCE Due to the nature of our work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position.
