This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position : Product Manager (Growth) We are looking for a high-growth Product Manager who is obsessed with the "why" behind consumer behavior and the "how" of e-commerce scaling. You are a self-starter with a strong quantitative foundation (CS/Math) who chooses to apply those skills to solve business challenges. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial owner who treats their product area like a startup. You are eager to master the nuances of digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems, and you have the leadership presence to rally a team around an aggressive roadmap. What will you do? Whether it’s a new marketing algorithm or a shift in the e-commerce landscape, you dive in and become an expert quickly. Rapid Domain Mastery: You have a proven ability to enter new environments and master complex business logic in weeks, not months. Launch, Application & Leadership Bias for Action: You have a track record of taking ideas from a whiteboard to a live environment. You care deeply about how your product is applied and used in the real world. Influential Leadership: You are a master communicator. You can translate technical constraints for business partners and marketing goals for engineers, keeping everyone aligned and motivated. Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. You have the "logic" of an engineer but the "mindset" of a business owner. Analytical Foundation: SQL fluency is required to audit your own performance. While Python or coding skills are a plus, your primary value is your ability to use data to make strategic product decisions. Problem Solving: A "first-principles" thinker who can break down a complex marketing challenge into a series of technical requirements. Bilingual Communication: Ability to lead meetings and present strategies clearly in both Mandarin and English. 0-3 years of wok experience. Related work experience in eCom or marketing is a plus but not necessary.
