About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager, Creator Ecosystem to define, design, and grow the creator ecosystem on our platform. You will maximize the value and contribution of creators by continuously optimizing platform tools and incentive mechanisms, driving a healthy and sustainable growth of the ecosystem. What you'll do: 1.Creator Platform Tools & Experience Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term vision and product roadmap for the creator platform, ensuring its capabilities efficiently support user content generation and sharing. Tooling Design: Define and design the end-to-end toolchain and user experience for content creation, management, publishing, and maintenance. Quality Management: Establish evaluation, moderation, and tiering standards for content assets to ensure overall quality and professionalism. 2. Value Exchange & Economic Modeling Incentive Mechanisms: Design and implement a multi-tiered creator incentive system to ensure fairness between contribution and reward, driving long-term retention and high-value input. Business Model Exploration: Explore and design value exchange models for content and services; formulate rules and processes to stimulate economic vitality within the ecosystem. Data-Driven Growth: Continuously iterate and optimize the product based on data analysis to improve creator retention and contribution efficiency. 3. Creator Growth & Community Interaction Creator Empowerment: Identify needs across different creator tiers and design programs/services to support their professional growth and success. Traffic & Exposure: Design distribution and recommendation mechanisms to boost the visibility and influence of high-quality creators and content. Relationship Management: Facilitate effective interaction between creators and platform users, maintaining a healthy communication environment within the ecosystem. What We're looking for: Experience: 3+ years of Internet PM experience, with at least 1 year focused on UGC (User-Generated Content), creator communities, or developer ecosystems. Product Insight: Basic understanding of data-driven product development and managing complex online platforms. User-Centric: Exceptional ability to capture and analyze user needs, especially for professional or high-value user groups. Strategic Thinking: Strong logical reasoning, business acumen, and the ability to design incentive and value exchange systems.
