Description
Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. Roblox creators are building the future of immersive experiences, and Creator Hub is their mission control. As the Product Manager for Creator Hub, you'll define how millions of creators manage their businesses, build professional studios, and create tomorrow's breakout games. You'll own the vision and roadmap for surfaces creators visit daily, directly enabling the next generation of ambitious experiences on our platform. You will: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap. Use your intuition and data to make hard tradeoffs between what unblocks creators today and what enables tomorrow's breakout games. Improve surfaces millions of creators use daily. Evolve Creator Hub and related products to help creators scale from solo operations to professional studios and build more ambitious games. Co-create products with our creator community. Talk to creators weekly, build tight feedback loops, and deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and business needs. Ship quality products fast. Lead cross-functional teams with urgency and agency to ship high-quality products. Collaborate across functions and wear multiple hats. Work with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Safety to re-imagine creator workflows. Do what it takes to move projects forward. You have: 3+ years of PM experience (gaming, creator, or consumer preferred). You have a track record of shipping high-quality, delightful products and industry expertise in the consumer, creator, or gaming space. Strong user empathy and data analysis. You have experience building rapid feedback loops with users and balancing qualitative feedback with data and experimentation. You know how to do the simple thing first to validate your hypothesis. Ability to write persuasively for different audiences. You write strategy memos that align executives, product specs that empower engineers, and communication that brings stakeholders along. You value clarity over fluff. High standards for quality and craft. You move with urgency, dogfood your own products rigorously, and take pride in shipping great products that creators love and that make an impact. A “get it done” mentality. You have a strong bias for action. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and willing to roll up your sleeves. Bonus if you can point to side projects or proof of work that showcases this.
