Description:

  • We have an opening in two Credit Card Squads ( Quick Card Verification and Activation and Product)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Roadmap and Delivery: Deliver strategic projects to meet end user needs and support the Product roadmap.
  • Product strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the credit cards product line strategy from solution development through to delivery
  • Product development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept development to launch will include requirements gathering & documentation
  • Customer experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing product features, benefits and digital experience
  • Release management/Delivery experience: Understand the release lifecycle and drive changes from discovery to execution, including release management where required
  • Data analysis: Analyse acquisition data and identify customer behaviours that will lead to improved customer experiences and conversion rates.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including finance, marketing, compliance, technology and distribution to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Compliance: Ensure that credit card products comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and assist with regulatory responses
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse product performance, KPIs and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Writing and managing signoff for project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents.
  • Monitor and report on the product marketplace, trends and direct competitors to prepare recommendations for product enhancements and/or new offerings.
  • Analyse and prepare reports on key product performance drivers impacting the product including financial, business and customer experience metrics.
  • Draft and co-ordinate internal communications and training materials to uplift product knowledge and capability
