Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of product requirements for quantitative trading tools and financial derivatives. Develop strategies and features focused on user growth, engagement, and conversion. Analyze user feedback and performance data to iteratively refine and optimize products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market. Qualifications: Demonstrated passion for the Web3 sector or trading activities. At least 5 years of experience in product management within internet or financial services; preference for candidates who have managed products for large-scale user bases (tens of millions) or led initiatives from inception to launch. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with high levels of self-motivation and ownership. Bachelor's degree or higher; graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., 985/Double First-Class institutions) or those with international study experience are preferred. Location: Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
