Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager supporting Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Product Team (CTR) within the Chief Operating Office (COO). This role will be responsible for defining, and executing, strategies with upstream enterprise partners, in coordination with the Product Area’s Product Manager. Utilizing the Agile methodology and Scrum framework, they will help lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with enterprise business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. In this role, you will:

  • Adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide support for product life cycle management
  • Collaborate, and consult, with the Product Area’s Product Managers on Product Area initiatives, while ensuring execution and delivery occurs within the cross-functional team
  • Participate in Scrum and Kanban global project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties on Product Area initiatives
  • Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
  • Provide support for product life cycle management
  • Review and analyze development of new products and product lines
  • Create and execute Test Strategy, including Test Plans, Test Scripts, and validation, during project execution and production installs
  • Interact with Currency Transaction Regulatory (CTR) Operations including supporting internal partners and stakeholders
  • Support data lineage deliverables
  • Strategize marketing based on assessment of results-based environment and new opportunities for product implementation and enhancements
