DESCRIPTION We are building a customer-facing customer data, reporting, and insights platform that enables businesses to access, understand, and act on their communication data across multiple Sinch products and channels. As businesses increasingly rely on data, this role plays a foundational part in transforming large-scale internal data capabilities into consistent, customer-facing value. As a Product Manager – Customer Data, Reporting & Insights Platform, you will operate as a platform and enablement product manager, working across product lines, data platform teams, and engineering. Your primary focus will be establishing the core reporting and data access foundation, spanning UI, APIs, and other relevant data sharing mechanisms, and enabling product teams to expose data and insights in a scalable and standardized way. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into product leadership, with broad impact across multiple global teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own and deliver foundational reporting and data access capabilities, including dashboards, APIs, and exports, built on Sinch’s global cloud-based data platform. * Define consistent patterns and standards for metrics, data models, APIs, and access control to ensure a unified customer experience across products. * Enable product teams to contribute their data and insights by defining clear onboarding paths, shared contracts, and reusable platform capabilities. * Support diverse customer data needs, from ready-made reporting and insights to raw data access and integrations into customer data platforms. * Collaborate closely with analytics, data, and insights teams to evolve the platform from reporting toward insights, alerts, and intelligent automation. * Drive cross-functional alignment across product lines, data platform teams, and engineering on priorities, ownership, and execution. * Own the roadmap and execution, balancing speed of delivery with long-term scalability and platform evolution.   WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Sinch generates massive volumes of valuable communication data, but today that data can be difficult for customers to access and use consistently across products. This role is critical to turning internal data into clear, actionable customer insights, enabling product teams to expose data without building one-off solutions, laying the foundation for future intelligence, alerts, and automation, and establishing a core data platform that becomes integral to customers’ businesses. This is an opportunity to build something foundational, with long-term impact across the entire Sinch product ecosystem. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 6 to 12 months, you have established a foundation for customer reporting and data access, enabled multiple product areas to expose their data through a unified platform, delivered initial reporting experiences and APIs, created clear patterns for onboarding new datasets and products, and enabled customers to access and integrate their data in multiple ways. REQUIREMENTS * To succeed in this role, we believe you have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with data platforms, APIs, or analytics products.  * You have strong experience working with customer-facing data products, reporting, or developer platforms, and a platform and enablement mindset with the ability to build systems other teams rely on. * You have proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and domains, including data, engineering, and product leaders.  * You bring structured thinking and comfort defining standards, models, and reusable patterns, along with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach that starts simple and evolves over time.  * Strong communication skills and a customer-aware mindset are essential. * Our corporate language is English; please submit your application in English.   Applicants must hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship or have a valid Swedish work permit.
