Responsibilities: Involves all internal and external stakeholders proactively to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross function team Leads changes through Engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders Designs and implements omni-channel strategy collaborating the Commercial Excellence team Basic Qualifications: Experience in Pharmaceutical consulting company for minimum 3 years. Ability to lead a brand planning process and to make robust brand plan communicating with related stakeholders. Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties. Excellent organizational and planning skills Good communication/presentation skills Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Business level Preferred Qualifications: Experience as Product Manager (Marketing Manager) with proven track records for minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical company Experience in the area of Cardiovascular for minimum of 3 years New product launch or/and co-promotion experience in both planning and execution as a Product Manager Experience as a Team leader or in People management Experience in Global project or Global coordination Enjoys challenge of building a new organization. Bachelor or Master degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical Master of Business Administration (MBA) .
