Location: Onsite in North Syracuse, NY (Relocation can be provided for the right candidate)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring that market needs are met and product goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
We are seeking someone who has experience with HVAC or hardware/electronics as well as in product management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of product planning, roadmaps, and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
