Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept through development, testing, and release. Build scalable systems and processes to support long-term product growth and ecosystem integration. Define secure SDLC (software development lifecycle) practices and support security validation, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling. Align software functionality with hardware-level security features such as Root of Trust, encryption engines, and secure boot. Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches. Work with marketing and sales teams to define value propositions, messaging, and positioning. Monitor post-launch performance and continuously refine strategies for deeper market penetration and ROI. Customer Engagement Engage directly with customers to gather insights on product performance and future needs. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities. Serve as a product subject-matter expert during customer interactions and partner engagements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate across engineering, sales, marketing, and R&D to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date product documentation, technical guides, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with ecosystem partners (chipset vendors, OS providers, and integrators) for interoperability and solution scalability. AI Integration for Data-Driven Decision Making, Workflow Efficiency & Commercial Success Leverage AI and analytics to derive actionable insights from product usage and customer behavior. Integrate AI/ML models for predictive threat detection, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection. Use AI tools to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency across product development and lifecycle management. Employ data-driven intelligence to improve product-market fit, optimize revenue models, and inform business strategy.
