Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Manager is a leader who is responsible for maximizing the value of the products. To accomplish this, you will be engaged on multiple levels as a business strategist, product designer, market analyst, and customer liaison. From a high-level perspective you will define goals and create a vision for development projects. As a Manager, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility for shaping, building, and scaling next-generation products that harness artificial intelligence to solve complex healthcare data challenges.
Product Managers are responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
We are seeking a self-directed, results-oriented individual who thrives on experimentation, embraces challenges, and is not afraid to ask bold questions in pursuit of innovative solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.

Responsibilities
  • Define, articulate, and continually refine the product vision and develop a comprehensive roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders—including customers, business leaders, development teams, and data science experts—to ensure alignment and shared understanding of business objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing evolving requirements, business impact, and user value.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, leveraging analytics and metrics to validate hypotheses, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for user-centered design by facilitating customer interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions to inform product direction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in healthcare policy and AI applications, and champion the integration of advanced solutions into product strategy.
  • Mentor and support Product Owners, promoting domain knowledge and organizing knowledge-sharing to build collective expertise within the team. Act as a role model for curiosity and continuous improvement, challenging assumptions and encouraging a questioning mindset within the team.
  • Oversee scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring effective delivery by attending Scrum meetings and collaborating with the delivery team to address blockers and implement process improvements.
