Description:

PRODUCT MANAGER

Our digital product team is critical to enabling our kidney care platforms and services, and our Hospital Services product team is growing! We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to lead a product solution to a critical business problem. Your primary activities will include defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area, and then executing your product vision across application(s) for multiple user groups.
We are looking for someone who has healthcare and product knowledge, is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.

The Role

  • Drives product roadmap and OKR’s across a product or a product focus area
  • Expert in product focus area with a deep understanding of both business outcomes and product outcomes
  • Accountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business value
  • Prioritizes use cases that advance the product strategy and vision
  • Partners closely with research team to validate assumptions and problem statements with users
  • Facilitates and is accountable for requirement definition in collaboration with stakeholders and design partners.
  • Understands product performance through direct observations and by performing product analytics, and shares insights with the rest of the team
  • Collaborate closely with key partners to understand business objectives and communicate updates on product initiatives
  • Manage technology vendors to maintain alignment on objectives and needs to enable high-quality products
  • Partners closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirements
  • Inspires others to care about and understand the “why” behind a solution

Must-Have’s

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20%
  • 3+ years of digital product experience in an agile environment; mobile app experience preferred; healthcare preferred.
