The role involves supporting a financial services client with their product management needs, specifically within the Generative AI (GenAI) team. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that project milestones are met. The individual will play a key part in guiding the development and implementation of GenAI solutions that align with the client’s business objectives. Guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and participate in code reviews for robust, maintainable solutions.

• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Lead Product teams by setting goals, aligning efforts with business priorities, supporting agile practices, and promoting accountability and transparency.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career development to build a high-performing engineering team.
