As an Individual Contributor, this role is responsible for defining the product strategy, driving innovation, growth, and financial impact while seeking to meet customer needs by bringing simple, best-in-class solutions to market. The role partners across the organization to deliver strategic outcomes, optimize deposit growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in banking or financial services, product management/marketing, analytics, strategy, or equivalent roles, with exposure to deposit products.
Process and project management experience, along with working knowledge of relevant banking compliance regulations, is required.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, and large data file management.
Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen, critical thinking, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, product management, cross-functional collaboration.
Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in financial acumen, product development, quantitative & qualitative research, risk management, technology acumen.
Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, write clear requirements, and understand complex systems and workflows.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and adapt to change.
